Duties and responsibilities:

Chiropractors treat patients by manually adjusting parts of the patients by manually the spin. Chiropractors and their patients believe that problems with bone and nerve alignment can cause illness and problems in other parts of the body, a view not widely accepted by allopathic physicians and other traditional medical practitioners. Chiropractors manipulate their patient’s spinal columns for treatment. They may prescribe specific diets or exercise, but not drugs. Chiropractors cannot perform surgery. Most chiropractors establish a private practice and some provide home treatments. Others from group partnership in clinics or chiropractic hospitals.

Average salary: $30,000-$100,000
