SOMETHING THAT  I CAN DO TO BE HEALTHY IS BY EATING HEALTHY AND AT LEAST EXERCISE EVERYDAY FOR AT LEAST A HOUR. I HAVE TO STOP EATING FOOD THAT HAVE A LOT OF FAT IN IT I ALSO NEED TO STAY ACTIVE AND KEEP ON EXERCISING AND MAINTAINING MY WEIGHT I ALSO NEED TO RELAX MOST OF THE TIME. I REALLY NEED TO IMPROVE ON MY EATING HABITS TO NOT EAT MORE OFTEN AT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS AND INSTEAD EAT LIKE A SALAD OR SOMETHING HEALTHY
