Medical Illustrator
Duties and Responsibilities: Medical illustrators are some highly skilled artists.  They work in the strictly medical field and they also create graphics for textbooks, journals, magazines, and also educational films.  And there drawing spans a wide range from microorganisms to body parts. Some of the medical illustrators prepare there illustrations that aid in the research about the creation of the artificial body parts.

Salary: $35,000 - $50,000

Education: Students that are interested in becoming part of the medical illustrators should take a college preparatory program when in high school that emphasizes art and in science. In college they should either be in a major or in the art and minor in science or a major in science and minor in art.

Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why or why not?
Yes, but only if I knew how to draw I would. I find it interesting but the only thing is that when they draw they really get into all the graphics and I’m not so good at that I can’t even draw a stick figure.
